1) People who have high pressure in blood or severe diabetes are at a higher risk. Also if family members had have it, you should be awere because it is inherit and you may have a high chance to have kidney disease.
2)There are different ways of preventing kidney disease, one way is to regularly check your blood pressure. Another way is to make enough excersise to be in healthy conditions.
3) If I was diagnosed with kidney disease, I would rather have a kidney transplant than a kidney dialysis because if I have a kidney transplant it is only one time that I have to have surgery and then go to the doctor for revision. On the other hand, kidney dialysis you have to go to the doctor at least 3 times a week and have your blood cleaned, which will be interfereing my life. Fernanda Romagnoli

1) People which are more likely to suffer from kidneys disease are the ones that: - Have sugar diabetes - People with hypertension (high pressure of the blood --> greater than 120/70) - People with familiars with the disease, which you can inherited
2) Kidney disease can be prevented by: – Being aware of your blood pressure, overcoat on high risk population. Check your blood pressure constantly. - With a urine test you can see if your kidneys have any problems, this way you can be more or less aware of this disease. - Having a diet and exercise: lowers your blood pressure, sugar and cholesterol, so you have less chances of having this disease.
3) A kidney transplant, because in long term it much cheaper and the patient’s life is less disrupted once they have recovered. Also because it is simple to connect the donor’s kidney to the recipient (but it also has the danger your body can rejects the kidney’s tissue). On the other hand a dialysis disrupts a lot the patient’s life, you have to be constantly going to the doctor. Also, there are very few machines and trained people who treat the disease this way, so fewer persons can receive this treatment.

1) Candidates to suffer from Kidneys diseases are: --> People with elevated blood preasure (grater than 120/70). --> People with sugar diabetes (most common cause of kidney disease). --> people with previous familiars ho suffered the disease.
2) There are various ways of preventing the disease --> Regularly asist to doctor and check your blood preassure. --> With a good diet and exercise routine, helps to reduce blood pressure, cholesterol and very important the sugars in our blood. "AWARENESS"!!
3) I would prefer a kidney transplant because it’s cheapest, it’s only one annoying procedure, its not possible to assist every week to kidney dialysis (most of us are busy people), not only for time but it would be such annoying and tiring periods of examinations.

1) A Candidate that might suffer any kidney disease can be people that suffer diabetes, hipertension and any familiar how has suffer any kidney disease because can be inherited. 2) The kidneys diseases can be prevented by a healthy diet, exercise, making urine tests, blood tests, controlling your levels of cholesterol and white and red blood cells. 3) I would prefer a kidney transplant because it is more easy and you are done with the problem in one time, it is much cheaper and it is less administrative things as examination and tests.

1)What type of people are most likely to suffer from kidney disease? The type of people that get kidney failure are those that have sugar diabetes, high blood pressure (hypertension) or by inheritance.
2) How can kidney disease best be prevented? We can prevent Kidney disease by increasing oir awereness by knowing what your blood pressure is, by having a blood testand a urine test every once in a while. We can also prevent it by doing a diet and exercise since they help to lower the blood pressure, the blood sugars and the cholesterol.
3) If you were suffering from Kidney disease, which form of treatment would you prefer to have; Kidney Dialysis or a Kidney transplant? Explain clearly why. If I were suffering from Kidney disease I would prefer a Kidney transplant because it is said to be the best treatment and I wouldn’t have to worry so much if I am getting better or not. I also would prefer this because I wouldn’t be confident in a treatment so important to be done at home.

Also if you suffer diabetes or hipertension. 2)Obiously you can prevent this by checking your blood pressure ,doing exercise and eating healthy. Also having a urine test to check if you have any problem with your kidneys. 3)I would prefer to treat myself by transplanting my kidney. Faster a cheaper. The only problem is to find a kidney but why find one if you can prevent the disease, is more easy jajaja.

1) People that are more likely to suffer kidney desease: -> People that have familiars that had or have kidney desease. (hereditary). ->The people that have a very high pressure in the the blood (hypertension of the blood). ->people that are born with a kidney problem.
2) this can be prevented by: -> Be in a balance diet and always be aware of waht you are eating. -> Always take care of you blood pressure. -> Always keep your exercise active.
3) I would choose a kidney transplant because it is cheaper and you can avoid a lot of time instead of going all the weeks to the doctor to have your dialisis, although the procedure of tthe transplant is much more complicated.

1.People are more likely to suffer from kidney diseases when they have sugar diabetes, high blood pressure or hypertension (is elevated blood pressure greater than 120/70 but the combination is the worse. But some people also have inherited diseases, which cause this.
2.This disease can be prevented by controlling it with visits to the doctor annually and take blood exams to measure the serum creatinine to calculate the glomerular filtration rate (percentage of kidney function) and a urine test looking for amount of proteins in urine or if there are red blood cells in it, since you are 18 years old. Sports also help to lower blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugars . 3. I would prefer to have a kidney transplant because it provide a better life quality, it is easier to treat and cheaper anyway, you can still suffer from a rejection of the tissue. In a dialysis you have a daily check and it’s much more expensive, but in a transplant you just have to visit the doctor so that he can see if everything is right once every 2 weeks.

1)What type of people are most likely to suffer from kidney disease? Those who have sugar diabites maladies and high blood pressure (elevated blood pressure greater than 120/79) the combination of diabetes and high blood pressure is high on the list and it also can be inherited from your parents.
2)How can kidney disease best be prevented? You can prevent it by controlling red and white blood cells, controlling your levels of cholestol by making tests regularly, exercise often (because it helps to lower blood pressure, blood sugar, and high cholesterol).
3)If you were suffering from Kidney disease, which form of treatment would you prefer to have; Kidney Dialysis or a Kidney transplant? Explain clearly why. I would prefer a kidney transplant because the nephrologist recommends so. Also because the kidney transplantion can completely cure you from kidneys malfuntion. ON the other hand, the dialisis only takes over a portion of the funtion of the failing kidneys.

I would rather have a transplant because a dialysis requires permanent treatment and technically a transplant is easier because you do it once and does not require a constant treatment and you don´t have to be aware of going to the doctor permanently.

1- The most common is sugar diabetes, followed by high blood pressure, also called hypertension (elevated blood pressure). You can also inherit this kind of disease. Or you can get acute kidney disease, this kind of kidney disease you can get from a accident in which your kidneys where hurt and stopped functioning.
2- Our risk of having kidney disease can always lower if we increase our exercise, check yourself regularly and any other thing that lowers our blood pressure.
3- I would choose kidney transplant. Kidney transplant does not have so many regulations (with exception of the recovery after the surgery), you can be yourself again without having to follow any king of special diet.

People with high or elevated blood pressure, any type of diabetes or hypertension are most likely to suffer from kidney disease, also if there are people in your family that had had kidney disease you could inherit it because it is an inherited disease.
Kidney disease may be prevented by checking your blood pressure and doing urine tests at the doctor annually and increasing the awareness in places with high risk population. Diet and exercise helps as well to prevent kidney disease because it helps to lower our blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol.
If I was suffering from kidney disease I would prefer to treat me with a kidney transplant because kidney transplant can completely take over the function of the failing kidneys whether dialysis takes over a portion of the failing kidneys to develop the function of removing the fluid and waste. A successful kidney transplant can improve your life quality and reduce your risk of dying from kidney disease.

1)What type of people are most likely to suffer from kidney disease? Mostly people who have diabetes, high blood pressure or when there is a mix of both its more likely to have a kidney disease. Another way you may propably have or will its by inhering it from family members.
2) How can kidney disease best be prevented? For the prevention of the kidney disease you may follow a anually check when there are normal kidneys, other ways youll have to have a more frecuently check. Its really usefull a blood test and a urine test, this mesures the serum creatinine than given the porcentage of kidney function. Diet and exercise helps as well to lower the blood pressure, sugar and the colesterol in our body.
3) If you were suffering from Kidney disease, which form of treatment would you prefer to have; Kidney Dialysis or a Kidney transplant? Explain clearly why kidney transplant has been told that is the best cure for the kidney disease, its also much more secure and easy. Its a one time operation and does not interupt your daily activities, the ones that you can do again when the operation and recovery has ended. cata lagos 1°D

Having a good blood glucose control, and also being aware of the symptons at early stage, as high blood pressure, and going to the bathroom very frequently, to prevet this from developing is good to have anual kidney and urine test so they can check if everything is okay. also checking the blood glucose level, mantainning the pressure low taking medicine if your doctor tells you.
3-If you were suffering from Kidney disease, which form of treatment would you prefer to have; Kidney Dialysis or a Kidney transplant? 3) If you were suffering from Kidney disease, which form of treatment would you prefer to have; Kidney Dialysis or a Kidney transplant? Explain clearly why. I would choose the transplant because it is the best long-term option, the average lifetime for a donated kidney is 10-15 years. In the dialysis a machine is doing the work and you have to go to the doctor constantly, while the transplant is a human organ, which for me is better than a machine. Also because the rugby player Jona lomu had a kidney failure but after a transplant managed to return successfully to professional rugby. Joachim Speidel 1E

1. People who suffer of high blood pressure (hypertension) or diabetes can have kidney disease. When time goes by and you are diabetic and you don’t take the enough care of the level of sugar in your bloodstream the kidney functions worst.
2. Kidney disease can be prevented if we are aware of all the levels of cholesterol, glucose in our blood and proteins in our body. I f we have an annually check it is much more easy to take the correct instructions to prevent it. Also, a good alimentation, diet and excercise is vital for the kidney to work on a proper way.
3. If I had kidney disease, I would prefer to treat it with a kidney transplant, because although it involves a surgery and a very specific care, it is much more safe and confident after you’ve been operated and prevents the kidney to get worst . Kidneys are very important for the human being, so that’s why I would take any opportunity and option to make it work.

1) People who suffer of diabetes and high glucose levels in the blood, people with a high blood pressure-called hypertension- or people who can inherite the kidneys disease also are the most likely to suffer from this disease.
2) The best way to prevent kidney disease is by controlling your diet, cholesterol and cheking your blood and sugar levels regurarly, doing lots of excersie frequently and drinking water, and simlpy being aware of your blood pressure. All these help the kidneys and you from getting the disease
3) I would prefer a kidney transplant. At the beginning, the cost of the operationa nd all may seem high, but through out time, it is much cheaper than using dialysis. Its hard to have to live your whole life stuck to a machine, it reduces your movement, and may be inefficienter becaus eof having to renew the dialysis fluid, etc...

1) People who have diabetes and also high blood pressure. The combination of this two makes even more possible to have kidney disease. it is an inherited disease so people with parents or grandparents who have suffered of kidney disease have higher risk of suffering it. 2) To prevent the kidney disease you can check regularly on your blood pressure. Another thing that can help to avoid kidney disease have a balanced diet. Also to make enough exercise so you stay in healthy conditions, added to this drinking enough water in so you can keep your body in good conditions. 3) I would choose kidney transplant.
